SERENITY YIN & SOUND - TCM-inspired seasonal reset

This special edition of Yin & Sound is inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine — guiding you through gentle, longer-held postures that work along the body’s meridian lines.

Through stillness and breath, tension begins to release.

Each posture is supported with cushions and time —
allowing you to settle deeper into your body and into the present moment.

The practice is accompanied by the sounds of crystal singing bowls,
gently guiding you into a state of calm, regulation, and inner balance.

This session will be held in German, unless not all participants speak German. In that case, the ritual will be held in English to accommodate everyone.
